My love for fitness and wellbeing started during my time at the University of Birmingham where I studied Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation Science, I also played rugby and coached football, I loved it! I've realised that what your body can do is so much more rewarding than what your body looks like. I'm here to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be and to spread body positivity!
